 1. Khwaja Banda Nawaz is a revered Sufi saint and scholar who lived in the 14th century. He was born in Delhi, India, in 1321, and later moved to Gulbarga (in present-day Karnataka, India), where he spent much of his life. His given name was Syed Mohammed Gesu Daraz.

2. Khwaja Banda Nawaz was a prominent figure in the Chishti Sufi order, known for his piety, scholarship, and devotion to God. He played a significant role in spreading Sufism and Islamic teachings in South India during his lifetime.
